Orders Orders received after 16.00hrs will be processed the next day, and delivered according to schedule. Orders received after 07.00hrs will not be delivered on same day. Deliveries PAVI Supermarkets delivers to all addresses in Malta, however no service is offered to Gozo and Comino. We deliver; Monday to Friday from 09.00hrs – 20.00hrs, Saturday from 08.00 – 15.00hrs. No deliveries are effected on Sundays and Public Holidays. Customers are kindly invited to indicate in comments box provided, whether they prefer delivery to be carried out in the morning (08.00 – 14.00 ),afternoon (14.00 – 17.00) or evenings between (17.00 - 20.00) Deliveries received by noon Monday to Saturday can be delivered same day according to Schedule unless otherwise specified. Service Fees structure 1. A service fee of 5 Euro is applied on orders of 74.99 Euro and less 2. No Delivery fees apply on orders exceeding 75 Euro subject that order consists of two items and more. 3. Should customer decide to pick up the order then the above conditions still apply, however service fee applied on orders of 99.99 Euro and less is 3 Euro. 4. Should an order consist of 1 item then a service fee of 5 Euro for delivery and 3 Euro for pickup applies irrespective of the order value. 5. Should they so desire, customers also have the possibility to collect their shopping from PAVI Supermarket, a Euro 4.00 service fee applies. Delivery will be made to the address as stated on the order form. It is a Company policy that our delivery team service up to ground floor level placing goods immediately upon entrance. Where apartments are concerned, delivery is done at common entrance. Returns We trust that you will be content with your purchase, but should you desire to return any particular item (subject that the item in question is in its original state and unopened), kindly hand it over to our delivery person and you will be refunded.
