The PAVI Shopping Complex
Where everyone loves to shop.

PAVI Shopping Complex is centrally located in Manuel Dimech Street, Qormi; covering approximately 16,000m2. The project was initiated in 2005, and inaugurated in November, 2006.

The main shopping area of the Shopping Complex is PAVI Supermarket, which is located on the ground floor and covers a sales area of 5,340m2. Finished to high standards and offering a wide range of food, household goods and other ancillary products. The Shopping Complex also includes the following Third Party Outlets; Sterling Jewellers, Square Cafe, Vision Opticians, Agenda Bookshop, Heavenscent Perfumery, BOV Office, GO Outlet, Banif Branch, Atlas Insurance Office, Maltco Lotto Booth, Straight Cut Hair Salon, OVS Fashion Store, Tip Toes Shoe Store, George Clothing Store, AtoZ Electronics Shop, My Toys and Pizza Hut Restaurant.

PAVI Supermarket

The Supermarket has been developed and designed in a manner to offer the best possible shopping experience. All food and non-food retail space within the PAVI Supermarket is situated on one floor and enjoys a logical layout and customer-friendly design. Twenty five checkout points facilitate customer flow, minimising queues during the peak shopping hours.

This main retail hall, currently the largest in the Maltese Islands, incorporates 22 rows of shelving units with a 2.3m wide aisle for comfortable shopping and a shop-in-shop concept including; La Vigna – Wine & Gourmet Cellar, PAVI Household Department, PAVI Do-it-Yourself, PAVI Pet Shop, PAVI Beverage Area, PAVI Butcher operated by Chef Choice, PAVI Fish Shop, Jubilee Foods Outlet, PAVI Health Section, PAVI Fresh Pasta, PAVI Delicatessen, PAVI Fruit & Vegetables and PAVI Bakery.

The Complex's intermediate floor includes an internal covered car park of 4,615m2 with a further 6,375m2 of car parking space situated on the Complex's roof. In total these areas can accommodate approximately 500 car park spaces, amply supporting the Complex's needs, even at peak times.To support its food retail operations, the supermarket has an extensive adjoining warehouse facility including ancillary stores and cold rooms on two floors covering an area of 2,813 sq.m.

Accessibility

PAVI Shopping Complex can be reached very easily by both private and public transport. PAVI Shopping Complex also caters for persons with Special Needs, offering reserved parking spaces and special trolleys for ease of use with a wheel chair.
